At Macksaint, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

  • You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item purchased from Macksaint within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@macksaint.com within the 14-day return period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) otherwise.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges (if the return is not due to an error on our part).
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately.

4. Damaged or defective items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@macksaint.com with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
